Jon Greenstein
Biography

Jon Greenstein is an associate in Weil’s Employment Practice Group, where he focuses on a variety of labor and employment issues, including restrictive covenants, executive disputes, wrongful termination, corporate transactions, and internal investigations, in a broad array of industries.
Jon also has a robust pro bono practice, including work helping domestic violence victims litigate their claims under the Hague Convention, as well as helping them secure green cards in order to obtain permanent status within the United States.
Jon received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor for the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Florida State University.
