Johnathan is an associate in the Finance team in the London office. Johnathan has acted for private equity sponsors, financial institutions and direct lenders on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financings and other complex financing transactions. He has also spent 6 months on secondment in New York.
Representative experience as part of a team includes acting for:
- Advent International’s portfolio company INNIO Group Holding GmbH on various add-ons, recapitalisations, its reorganisation and an amend and extend of its term facilities
- Ares on various financings in respect of Eurazeo’s investment in the BMS Group
- Ares on the refinancing of TalkTalk Telecom Group
- Glencore plc on its investment in Horizonte Minerals plc
- HPS and Permira Credit, as senior lenders, in a consensual handover of the Away Resorts Group in connection with, and as part of, the restructuring of the Away Resorts Group (United Kingdom), which involved the amendment and restatement of the Away Resorts Group’s existing financing
