Jin Cho
Jin Cho is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on complex commercial, class action, and breach of contract disputes in state and federal courts.
Jin’s recent experience includes serving on a Weil team representing a publicly traded technology company in a California class action regarding allegations of consumer deception and fraud.
Apart from her practice, Jin is actively involved in pro bono matters, including work for the Innocence Project.
Jin received her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley – School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of both the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law and the Asian American Law Journal, worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing Program, and graduated with a certificate in Law & Technology. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
