Biography
Jianing Zhao is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Jianing participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Jianing has been part of the teams advising:
- OMERS Private Equity and its portfolio company Epiq Systems, Inc. in the sale of Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions (Epiq GBTS) division to K2 Services, LLC
- Cobepa S.A. in its acquisition of Eagle Fire; and its minority investment in SAX, LLP
Jianing received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University.
