Biography

Jenna Hann is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She litigates complex commercial disputes and advises clients in a variety of industries.
Jenna’s recent experience includes serving on a Weil team representing a major audio entertainment company in a multi-week rate-setting proceeding before the Copyright Royalty Board.
Jenna is also deeply committed to pro bono cases. She has done work with the Innocence Project and has served on a Weil team representing the respondent in a Hague Convention international child abduction case.
Jenna received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, Order of the Coif. During law school, Jenna was a member of the trial advocacy team and a Legal Research and Writing Law Fellow. She earned her B.A. in Media and Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
