Jacqueline Nemanich
Jackie Nemanich is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She assists clients in navigating complex business disputes across diverse industries.

Jackie is also actively involved in Weil’s pro bono matters, providing legal counsel to several non-profit organizations, including work with the Sikh Coalition, Asian Law Caucus, and Innocence Project.

Jackie earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal, and a director of the Moot Court program. During law school, she interned for the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude.
