Heather Blacklaws
Heather Blacklaws is an associate in Weil’s Intellectual Property, Technology & Science Litigation practice, where she focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, with a primary emphasis on patent litigation.
Heather represents leading companies across a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, and consumer products, in high-stakes litigation involving cutting-edge innovations and technologies.
Heather received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal and an active student-attorney for a variety of pro-bono clinics. While receiving her undergraduate degree in both Neuroscience and Political Science, Heather worked as a research assistant in the Vanderbilt Center for Addiction Research.
