Ariel Aiash
Ariel is an associate in our London Finance practice and a member of the European High Yield team.

He advises corporate issuers, private equity sponsors, investment banks and alternative capital investors on international capital markets and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on public and private high yield debt offerings, acquisition financings, and liability management and restructuring transactions. He also has significant equity capital markets and investment grade debt experience, having advised on initial public offerings and investment grade debt offerings in Europe and the Middle East.

Representative experience, including matters handled prior to joining Weil, includes advising:

  • The initial purchasers in connection with the debut offering by Irca Group, an Advent portfolio company, of €1.115 billion floating rate senior secured notes due 2029
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Azelis' debut offering of €400 million senior notes due 2028 and its offering of €600 million senior notes due 2029
  • Boels Rental in connection with its offering of €600 million senior secured notes due 2030 related to its acquisition of Riwal and its debut offering of €400 million senior secured notes due 2029
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Stonegate Group, a TDR Capital portfolio company, of £1.65 billion and €470 million senior secured notes due 2029
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Verisure, a Hellman & Friedmann backed company, offering of €525 million senior secured notes due 2030 and its offering of €450 million senior secured notes due 2028
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering by CABB, a Permira portfolio company, of €420 million fixed rate senior secured notes and €250 million floating rate senior secured notes, each due 2028
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Amara NZero's offering of €270 million senior secured green notes due 2028, as part of the financing for its acquisition by Cinven
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Intrum's offering of €450 million senior notes due 2028
  • PAI in connection with a consent solicitation relating to Motel One Group's outstanding senior secured notes as part of its acquisition of the company
  • Groupe Casino in connection with consent solicitations relating to its outstanding notes as part of its broader debt restructuring
  • The dealer manager in connection with a tender offer by Lowell, a Permira backed company, for part of its outstanding senior secured notes as part of the company's broader debt restructuring
  • The underwriters in connection with ADNOC Gas's $2.5 billion initial public offering on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)
  • EnergyVision, and its shareholder Alychlo, in connection with EnergyVision's €43 million initial public offering on Euronext Brussels
  • The underwriters in connection with Azelis' €1.8 billion initial public offering on Euronext Brussels
  • The managers in connection with Ziraat Bank's $600 million offering of Additional Tier 1 notes under its $13 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme
