Grace Okoroafor
Grace Okoroafor is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group where she focuses on a broad array of antitrust matters including civil antitrust litigation, antitrust counseling, and government investigations.

Grace received her J.D., from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Executive Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal and student attorney at Georgetown’s Domestic Violence Clinic. During her time in law school, Grace completed a wide-host of externships, including serving at the DOJ’s Criminal Antitrust Division; the ACLU’s Program on Freedom of Religion & Belief; and the ABA Center on Children & the Law. Passionate about youth advocacy, Grace previously served on Georgetown Youth Advocates’ Professional Development & Pro Bono Committee and interned at the Children’s Law Center and Mobilization for Justice centered on shaping policy that impact vulnerable youth. Grace received her B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, with a minor in Finance from the College of William & Mary. During her time as an undergraduate, she was a Division I Track & Field athlete and tutored student-athletes in Statistics and Economics.
