François is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. His practice focuses on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions. He represents debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
François graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where he received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2019. He also received an L.L.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter in 2018.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
