Emily Jones is an associate in Weil’s IP, Technology & Science Litigation practice. She concentrates on complex intellectual property disputes in a variety of industries, including communications, interactive media, and software.
Prior to joining Weil, Emily served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Emily also worked at an intellectual property boutique, where she focused on patent prosecution matters.
Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Administrative Law Review. She received her B.A. in Biology from Southern Methodist University.
