Debra’s practice specialized in antitrust litigation and counseling. She had extensive experience in complex private antitrust litigation (including concurrent federal and state class actions), lawsuits brought by the federal antitrust agencies, and merger investigations.
Debra was a frequent speaker at American Bar Association, Practicing Law Institute, and Conference Board antitrust programs. She was the editorial chair of Antitrust Law Developments (5th ed., 2002), the leading treatise on antitrust law, and an officer of the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law.
