Daniel S Choi
Biography
Daniel Choi is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group. His practice focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries.
Daniel received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a Legal Extern at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition and the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). Prior to law school, Daniel served as a paralegal at the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, working on merger reviews and litigation.
