Christiana Johnson

Christiana Johnson is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office. Christiana’s practice focuses on debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings and complex restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Weil, Christiana was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring group at a major international law firm.

Christiana received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor on the Michigan Law Review. While in law school, she also served as student attorney with the Michigan Innocence Clinic and the Michigan Women’s Justice & Clemency Project. Prior to law school, Christiana received her B.A. in Political Science and History, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University at Buffalo (SUNY).
