As Director of Administration for Weil’s Boston office, Chris DaRocha-Boyle is responsible for administration of the office’s operations including overall support functions of legal personnel and administrative staff. Chris also manages client relations and business development initiatives through planning and coordinating activities for clients, potential clients and internal marketing events

With more than 20 years of experience spanning hospitality management and law firm operations, Chris brings a unique blend of service excellence and strategic leadership. He has led major projects including office expansions, space utilization strategies and cross-office recruiting initiatives. His background includes managing large teams, developing training programs and driving recruitment efforts across multiple markets.
