Chelsea Spence is an associate in Weil’s White Collar Defense, Regulatory and Investigations practice, where she focuses on a wide range of white collar criminal defense matters, DOJ and SEC investigations, and complex internal investigations.
Chelsea also has an active pro bono practice, including work on a number of federal criminal matters and asylum cases.
Chelsea received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was Executive Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy, and her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri – Columbia. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Sarah E. Pitlyk, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
