Carl D. Bellows is a retired partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, which he joined in 1969. He was responsible for the full range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, administration and litigation. His practice had a strong tax, litigation and real estate orientation.
Carl was a contributing editor for The Review of Taxation of Individuals and has co-authored the treatise Partnership Buy-Sell Agreements. He also lectured for the New York City and New York State Bar Associations.
