Camille is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil and specialises in advising private equity sponsors and their funders on domestic and cross-border debt and corporate finance transactions in the infrastructure sector.
As part of a team, Camille has advised private equity sponsors, banks, financial institutions and corporates on a variety of transactions including acquisition leverage finance, refinancings, debt restructuring and fund financing.
Camille has assisted a number of leading infrastructure funds including Antin Infrastructure Partners, iCON Infrastructure, 3i Infrastructure, Polhem Infra and First Sentier Investors. Camille has also advised Graphite Capital.
Camille is fluent in English, French, German and Mandarin.
