Brayden Ringel
Brayden Ringel is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Brayden participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.

Brayden has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:

  • Goldman Sachs in the sale of its Personal Financial Management unit to wealth management firm Creative Planning
  • Searchlight Capital Partners and its portfolio company Integrated Power Services LLC in IPS’s acquisition of Evans Enterprises, Inc.
  • TPG Inc. in its approximately $2.7 billion acquisition of Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P.

Brayden received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
