
Brayden Ringel is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Los Angeles. Brayden participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.
Brayden has been part of the teams advising:
- Goldman Sachs in the sale of its Personal Financial Management unit to wealth management firm Creative Planning
- Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and its portfolio company Omega Healthcare Management Services in an investment by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through which Ontario Teachers’ will join Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives as co-lead investor in Omega Healthcare
- Px3 Partners Management and its portfolio company Cleanova in Cleanova’s acquisition of Sidco Filter, LLC and Shawndra Products, Incorporated
- Searchlight Capital Partners and its portfolio company Integrated Power Services LLC in IPS’s acquisition of Evans Enterprises, Inc.
- TPG Inc. in its pending approximately $2.7 billion acquisition of Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P.
Brayden received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
