Kumbi is a Corporate associate in London. She advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds, infrastructure funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Advised InfraBridge on the sale of VX UK Holdings Limited on the sale of its subsidiary companies to Freedom Fibre Limited in exchange for the acquisition of shares in Freedom Fibre Limited
- Advised Igneo Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Höegh Evi from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners
- Advised Montagu Private Equity-backed Wireless Logic Group on the reorganisation of their UK business
- Advised Global Infrastructure Partners on the sale of 50.1% stake in Edinburgh Airport Limited to VINCI
