Biography
Andi Ramsay is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Andi participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Andi received her J.D., cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School, where she was Contributing Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She received her A.B. from Vassar College.
