Alexandra (Allie) Rose is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating a broad range of disputes – including appellate, complex commercial, breach of contract, and bankruptcy – in state and federal courts nationwide.
Prior to joining Weil, Allie served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gabriel W. Gorenstein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Allie received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Managing Editor of The Tax Lawyer. During law school, Allie served as a Judicial Extern to the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. Allie earned her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
