Biography

Adi Bajramovic
Adi Bajramovic is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.

Adi received his J.D. from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, where he contributed to the SMU Annual Texas Survey and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Harlin D. Hale, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. At SMU, Adi also served as a member of the Honorable John C. Ford American Inn of Court and was recognized with membership to the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas for his dedication to community service. Adi received his B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Texas-Arlington.

Prior to joining Weil, Adi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • First Brands Group LLC, and its U.S. affiliates, one of the world’s leading suppliers of aftermarket automotive parts, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide, across 30+ jurisdictions and over $12 billion in liabilities, in connection with their voluntary chapter 11 cases.
  • Superior Industries International, Inc. in its sale to a group of its term loan investors, including Oaktree Capital Management.
