The London High Yield team, led by Andy Hagan and Gilles Teerlinck, has been shortlisted for High Yield Team of the Year at the upcoming IFLR Europe Awards 2024.  The team has also been shortlisted for Deal of the Year on three of the eight nominated transactions: Ardian’s acquisition of US Pharma Lab, Ideal Standard’s exchange offer, and Worldwide Flight Services’ tender offer and consent solicitation.

The Awards recognise “the most legally innovative cross-border deals closed in the region” and the winners will be announced on April 24.
