The Firm was once again recognized as a leader for trademark enforcement and litigation in New York—with Intellectual Property & Media Head Benjamin Marks and partners Jessica Falk and Jared Friedmann ranking among the top practitioners in the field.

The guide also individually commended each of Weil’s three ranked attorneys. Benjamin was noted for representing A&E Television Networks in the company’s dispute with Big Fish Entertainment, “[setting] a significant precedent in a dispute involving a reality TV series.” Jessica was commended for “her deft handling of pre-litigation disputes, often characterized by quiet but effective negotiation.” Jared was recognized for leading “key matters for Alibaba and BBC Studios Americas, securing early wins through strategic negotiations and targeted motions to dismiss.”
