Weil has been named one of the top 75 companies in the Social Mobility Employer Index 2023, highlighting the London office’s commitment to improving socioeconomic workplace diversity in the U.K.

The index – which was created by the Social Mobility Foundation – ranks U.K.-based businesses on their commitment to employer-led social mobility in eight key areas, including recruitment criteria and efforts to attract diverse applicants. Listed companies are “rigorously assessed on the steps they are taking to ensure that their workplace is open to talent from all social backgrounds.”
