Weil once again received a 100% rating on The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking tool that measures corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.
The CEI evaluates businesses LGBTQ+-related policies and practices across criteria, including non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility. Weil’s diversity and inclusion efforts have fulfilled all of the CEI’s criteria, thereby earning a 100% rating.
