Weil advised Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and its portfolio company Vantage Elevator Solutions in connection with the refinancing of Vantage Elevator Solutions’ existing first lien and second lien credit facilities. Vantage Elevator Solutions is a non-proprietary elevator component and systems manufacturer.
