Biography
Richard Kenny is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Richard participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Richard received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for Villanova Law Review. He also received his M.B.A. and his B.B.A in both Finance & Real Estate from Villanova University.
