Taylor Coleman
Taylor Coleman is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice. She defends securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, and other complex business disputes in state and federal courts.
Outside of her practice, Taylor is actively involved in Weil’s pro bono initiatives, including work for the Innocence Project and Legal Services NYC.
Taylor received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a senior staff editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
