Biography
Henry Han is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Henry participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.
Prior to joining Weil, Henry served as a Compliance associate at a financial technology company.
Henry received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as a Senior Online Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal, and his B.A. from the University of Chicago.
