Ross Leung Power is an associate in the London Tax practice. He is a transactional and advisory tax lawyer who advises private equity sponsors, investment funds, financial institutions and corporates on the direct and indirect tax aspects of cross-border transactions.

His practice focuses on leveraged and structured finance (including CLOs and securitisations), private equity M&A, joint ventures, real estate transactions and complex cross-border structuring. He also advises on reorganisations, fund structuring and multi-jurisdictional tax matters, with particular experience advising lenders and sponsors on financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, real estate finance and structured financing arrangements.
