Pierre Caillol

Pierre Caillol works in the Paris office as senior associate in the French Public Law and Government Affairs practice group. His practice focuses on public procurement law and, more generally, contracts that involve the public sphere. Mr Caillol advises and defends the interests of his clients, whether public-sector clients or private contractors, at all stages of the contractual process: project structuring, procurement and negotiation of contractual documentation, project performance, management of the end of relations between the parties and of disputes. He also advises on institutional issues concerning public authorities, and on regulatory matters.

Before joining the firm in 2025, he worked for almost five years at another leading public law firm in Paris.

Pierre is a member of the Paris Bar. He holds a master's degree in public economic law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
