Biography
Nicolas von Wallis is an associate in the Tax practice of the Munich office. He advises on national and international tax law focusing on M&A and private equity investments as well as on tax-efficient reorganization and structuring.
Since joining Weil, Nicolas has advised, among others:
- Bosch, Schaeffler, ZF and AUMOVIO on the tax law aspects of the sale of their joint venture SupplyOn to Bain Capital
Nicolas studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) in Munich, earning his law degree in 2022. Prior to joining Weil, he worked at a leading international law firm as an associate. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2025.
Nicolas is fluent in German and Englisch.
