Nicholas Wing
Nicholas Wing is an associate in Weil’s Employment Practice Group. He assists in representing clients across various industries in a wide array of labor and employment-related engagements, including restrictive covenant disputes, as well as claims of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

He also has experience navigating sensitive executive separations, drafting tailored restrictive covenant agreements, and counseling on labor and employment issues in the context of corporate transactions.

In addition, Nicholas is committed to his pro bono practice, where he has provided employment-related counseling to a variety of non-profit organizations.

Nicholas received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During law school, Nicholas also served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Labor. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, at Harvard University.
