Biography
Margaret is a Corporate associate in London. She advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds and corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate matters.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- A&M Capital Europe on the acquisition of a majority stake in World of Sweets and Bobby’s (together known as IBG)
- TPG Inc. on the $2.7B acquisition of Angelo Gordon, an alternative investment firm focused on credit and real estate investing
- Angstrom Sport, a specialist provider of US sports forecasting and data analytic, on its sale to Entain
Prior to joining Weil, Margaret was a Corporate associate at a US-headquartered international law firm in London.
