Biography
Louis Boutan is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2021.
Louis graduated from the ESSEC Business School (Grande Ecole, 2020), and attended courses in Singapore (Corporate Finance track). He also received a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Institut de Droit des Affaires, 2018).
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
