Biography
Connie Ng is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Connie represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises on general corporate matters. Prior to joining Weil, Connie worked at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
Connie is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
