Jérôme is an associate in Weil’s Tax practice and is based in Paris. Jérôme’s practice focuses on international and domestic taxation, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisition (for both public and private groups) as well as corporate reorganizations and distressed company transactions.
Jérôme graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2016. He also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2016 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
