Joela is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group.
She received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law where she was an Editor for the Boston University Law Review and student attorney in the Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Program. As a student attorney, she helped a survivor of child labor trafficking successfully obtain immigration relief. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in International Studies and Economics from Boston College.
