Greg Burton
Biography
Greg Burton is an associate in Weil’s White Collar Defense, Regulatory and Investigations practice, where he focuses on a wide range of criminal defense matters, DOJ and SEC representations, and complex internal investigations.
Greg also has an active pro bono practice, including work on federal criminal defense in representations under the Criminal Justice Act.
Greg received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. After law school, Greg served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Gabriel W. Gorenstein, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
