Etienne Martinaud works in the Paris office as an associate in the French Public Law and Government Affairs practice group. His practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, public contracts, and state aids. He also regularly advises on administrative litigation matters.
Etienne is a member of the Paris Bar. He holds a master’s degree in Public Economic Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2023) and master’s degree in Public Litigation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2024).
Etienne gained experience working in several international law firms while receiving his degrees.
