Biography
Lizzie is an Associate in the Employment practice in London. She has experience advising private equity companies, their portfolio entities and institutional clients on all major employment law issues. She has particular experience advising on restrictive covenants and related issues. Prior to joining Weil, Lizzie was a Senior Solicitor at one of New Zealand’s largest law firms.
Representative experience, as part of a team, includes advising:
- A&M Capital Advisors Europe on its acquisition of GBUK
- Advent International on numerous transactions, including on the €3.9 billion sale of Aareon and the sale of Williams Lea to RR Donnelly
- Lone Star Funds in connection with the acquisition of the XSYS division (which specializes in the development and supply of printing plates, sleeves and adapters, and pre-press equipment to the packaging industry) from the Flint Group
- PAI Partners on its acquisition of Audiotonix
- Sign In Solutions Inc., a portfolio company of PSG Equity, on its recommended cash offer for AIM-listed SmartSpace Software plc
- Providence Equity on its sale of CloserStill
- Sun European Partners on the sale of Adler & Allan to Goldman Sachs Alternatives
- InfraBridge on its sale of Leeds Bradford Airport and Newcastle Airport
