Djenabou Barry is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. She joined the Firm in 2022.
Djenabou graduated from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University where she received a Master’s degree in Financial Law. She also received a Master’s degree in Business Law from University Panthéon-Assas.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
