Biography
Anne Seymour is a partner in Weil's Banking & Finance practice and is based in Boston. Anne represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and direct lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, direct and syndicated lending, middle market and large cap financings, working capital facilities and restructurings.
Experience*
- Lantheus Holdings, Inc. in the refinancing of its $450 million credit facility and a Rule 144A offering of $575 million convertible senior notes
- Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. in closing its $210 million Senior Secured Term Loan with Seaport Global Securities LLC as lead manager
- Sensata Technologies in connection with two Rule 144A offerings of $750 million senior notes and $450 million senior notes and in refinancing of its approximately $900 million senior secured credit facilities
- Entegris in connection with its Rule 144A offering of $400 million senior unsecured notes and its $700 million syndicated senior secured revolving credit and term loan facilities
- Biogen in connection with its registered offering of $3.0 billion senior unsecured notes and its $1.0 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility
- CRA International, Inc. in connection with its $125 million syndicated senior secured revolving credit facility
- Burgess BioPower and Berlin Station in a superpriority senior secured debtor-in-possession financing to fund their Chapter 11 cases
- FocusGrowth Asset Management, LP, as lender, on multiple senior secured term loan facilities, including in connection with a $219 million syndicated senior secured term loan facility to TerrAscend
