Alessandra (Sasha) J Slayton
Alessandra (Sasha) Slayton is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice. She assists with representing clients in connection with derivative and other shareholder disputes, and SEC investigations.
Prior to joining Weil, Sasha worked at other premier law firms.
Sasha received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she also received her M.B.A. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in History from Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, she founded and served as the Executive Director of Mouth Literary Journal and was a cadet in the college’s Army ROTC.
Before starting her legal education, Sasha served in the United State Army as a Captain, Communications and Cybersecurity.
