Weil has advised the Digi group and Digi Spain on the initial public offering and listing of Digi Spain Telecom S.A.U. on the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia stock exchanges.

The transaction represents a significant milestone for Digi Spain as it continues its growth in the Spanish market, with the company valued at approximately €1.7 billion. This is one of the most significant transactions in the European capital markets in 2026, with total proceeds of up to €330 million following the exercise of certain overallotment options.

Digi Spain is an established and fast-growing convergent Spanish telecom operator that offers a comprehensive suite of mobile and fixed telecommunication services.
