Weil advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $500 million private offering of 6.000% senior notes due 2034 by two wholly-owned subsidiaries of OUTFRONT Media Inc. OUTFRONT is one of the largest out-of-home media companies in the U.S., helping brands connect with audiences across billboards, digital displays, transit systems and other out-of-home formats.
