Weil is advising Crow Holdings on the development of a 245MW flagship data center campus in central Dallas, Texas. The multi-building campus is designed to support a broad range of customer requirements, including hyperscale and AI, enterprise and network-dense deployments. An initial 70MW building is expected to be delivered in 2027.

The flagship campus is one of the most strategically positioned digital infrastructure data center campuses in the United States and located adjacent to one of the world’s largest network interconnection hubs.

The first 70MW building will be developed in partnership with CleanArc Data Centers, which has been engaged to develop and lease the building. The full campus is planned for up to 245MW, supported by a dedicated, on-site substation.

The Weil team is led by Real Estate partner Jessica Pillai and associate Eric Thornton, and includes partners Luke Laumann and Arnie Fridhandler.
