Vincent Calderon
Biography
Vincent Calderon is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Vincent participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Vincent has been part of the teams advising:
- Willis Towers Watson PLC in its $1.3 billion acquisition of Newfront
- Glencore Canada Corporation (a subsidiary of Glencore plc) in its stalking horse bid for certain assets of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. and certain of its subsidiaries
- The Home Depot, Inc. in its $5.5 billion acquisition of GMS Inc.
Vincent received his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law where he was Managing Editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and Staff Editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and his B.S., with Honors, from Cornell University.
